WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CONTACT OUR TECH SUPPORT DEPARTMENT PRIOR TO ORDERING TO MAKE SURE THE IS THE CORRECT PLAYFIELD AND THE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR. This playfield is not designed to work in split cabinet models.
Because you are unlikely to be able to reuse them, we recommend ordering a new pair of playfield trim strips for your table for use when installing your new playfield. We offer the CLEAR strips used in current production, and the WHITE strips used up until 2009. Strips are sold individually, so order 2.
Shipping is expensive because playfields are sent in a heavy wooden crate for protection. Playfields are built to order, and then a crate is custom built to ship the playfield, so please allow up to 20 working days for any playfield order to ship. We recommend Ground shipping. There is a good chance shipping a playfield via Air will cost even more than the playfield! The Tornado TECHNICAL INFORMATION AND UPDATES page contains full instructions for replacing your playfield. If you are not absolutely certain this is the correct part, Please please please contact techhelp@valley-dynamo.com before you order. Playfields are fairly expensive, heavy to ship, and not returnable.
